Regional Inter-Faith Strategy Launch
Regional Launch of the Government’s Inter-faith Strategy
at University of Surrey on Wednesday 26th November

Following the launch of the Government’s Inter-faith Strategy in July (see ‘Events’ page entry) SEEFF hosted the South East Regional Launch. This conference also up-dated colleagues on developments since the 7th April ‘Faiths Together’ conference, and set out proposals for the on-going governance of SEEFF. A full conference report will be placed on the website shortly in the mean time we would like to make it easy for you to reference some of the documents referred to during the evening.

Face to Face – the Governments new Inter-Faith Strategy, presented by Ciara Wells, including the four key building blocks which were addressed by the Community Representatives:

Block 1 – Developing the confidence and skills to Bridge and Link

Block 2 – Shared Spaces for Interaction and Social Action

Block 3 – Structures and Processes which support dialogue and social action

Block 4 – Opportunities for Learning which build understanding

We would like once again to thank everyone who helped make the event such a success.
